We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quality Controller to join our Brew Team, supporting the Quality Assurance Department with the following procedures.
Microbiological sampling and plating
Beer sampling and analysis
Yeast propagation and fermentation management
Sensory analysis
Canning, kegging and cask racking QA checks
Ideal Candidate:
Keen interest in brewing
Experience with aseptic sampling and plating techniques
Attention to detail
Proficient in data input and analysis
Punctual and reliable
Must be a team player
Transport essential due to remote location
A-Level in relevant Science (e.g. Biology)
