For sipping over ice or mixing in cocktails, the Three Tides Smoked Dark Rum by our friends at Beaufort Spirit is a blend of three rums; a three year old Dominican Republic rum, a Jamaican high-ester funk and a Caribbean white rum.

It's infused with three botanicals, elderflower, gorse & oats.  Beaufort then oak smoke it for the duration of three tides.
