During 2020 Purity said goodbye to Jim Minkin, our co-founder, visionary, colleague and dear friend. In the same year we created our own Very Best Bitter as a lasting tribute and a way to ensure Jim’s legacy continued. Flo our head brewer wanted to go one step further and he took inspiration from the early days of Purity and the late nights where Jim would suggest a glass of rum.

Big Jim features notes of chocolate, coconut and vanilla with a warming rounded finish featuring espresso, caramel and sweet rum. Perfect with deserts or even used as an end of a meal itself.
