The second food and beer matching experience as part of this year’s Birmingham Beer Bash features an equally amazing menu created by Simpson’s in Edgbaston.

Below is the five-course menu. This event, on Saturday 27th July, is also being held at the Bond Co, 180-182 Fazeley Street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 5SE.

Brewery expansion for future growth

We’re an ambitious company, so in order to drive future growth we’re currently installing a new brewhouse and brewing equipment, an investment of almost £1.5million.

The new facility will soon be able to produce up to 140,000 pints of beer every week, a 150% increase in brewing capacity. In other words…a HUGE amount of beer!   Read more

The Boys are Back in Town!

It has taken over eighteen months of planning and building work since finding the perfect site at Upper Spernall Farm near Alcester to develop the brewery and visitor centre which will be producing barrels upon barrels of two locally handcrafted beers as well as importing specialist European beers this coming Autumn. The creation of this sympathetic conversion of redundant farm buildings into an innovative traditional craft brewery is yet another example of the need for local farms to diversify.   Read more
