Pure Pilsner

4% ABV Lager

Built on the foundations of PURE Community, PURE Quality and PURE Eco this exceptional 4% Pilsner lager is brewed in our state of the art brewhouse based on a beautiful Warwickshire farm site. Pure Pilsner abides by the Purity laws (Reinheitsgebot) our business was built upon.

Lagered for no less that 4 weeks & made from only 4 key ingredients (water, malt, hops and yeast) Pure Pilsner follows an authentic Pilsner recipe with that Purity twist.

Brewed with the very best locally sourced British hops, Pilgrim, Challenger, Goldings and Jester alongside East Anglian malts ensures our carbon footprint is kept to an absolute minimum whilst not compromising on taste or aroma.

Our gluten free beers are reduced to a threshold of less than 20 ppm (parts per million) which in the UK is regarded as Gluten Free (not in Europe). Although brewed with glutenous cereal, to achieve Gluten Free status we add an enzyme (Brewers Clarex) during the conditioning of the beer. This enzyme does not affect the taste but just denatures the Gluten. Using Brewers Clarex is a well-known & common practice across the brewing industry, and we are proud that many of our beers can be called ‘Gluten Free’
