Our gluten free beers are gluten reduced to a threshold of less than 20 ppm (parts per million) which in the UK is regarded as Gluten Free (not in Europe). Although brewed with glutenous cereal, to achieve Gluten Free status we add an enzyme (Brewers Clarex) during the conditioning of the beer. This enzyme does not affect the taste but just denatures the Gluten. Using Brewers Clarex is a well-known & common practice across the brewing industry, and we are proud that many of our beers can be called ‘Gluten Free’
